Policies
• Must be 18 years old to book or receive any service. If under 18 parental consent must be obtained prior to booking and receiving service.
• Come to your appointment with clean lashes/face. No oil based products 24 prior to appointment for maximum retention and time.
• If running late please send me a message— anything after 20 minutes will be considered a no show and your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 30% of the remaining balance of the service you booked. you’re allowed to reschedule once— 24 hours before appointment. No calls/ No shows, and cancellation with less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged the remaining 30% of the service.
• No refunds. If there is an issue with your set you must contact me within 72 hours after your appointment to schedule a correction
